On September 6, Anatoli Unitsky and Maxim Isyp hosted a live stream. The main announcement was that high-speed string transport is returning to the project’s overall economic model. This is a very positive development for all partners.

How will co-owners’ returns be generated?

High-speed transport was previously separated from the other business areas because of the enormous cost of building test tracks. The Infrastructure and Logistics Development Corporation has now been established to implement megaprojects such as the Minsk–Moscow corridor. The Group of Companies and the technology’s co-owners hold an initial 80% stake in the Corporation.

Partner returns will come from two sources:

• Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC). The portfolio of engineering design contracts for the Minsk–Moscow corridor alone will be worth approximately $500 million.
• Royalties. 5% of the Corporation’s revenue throughout the service life of the lines—100 years or more. The partners’ stake is securely protected: if the arrival of large-scale capital reduces it below the blocking stake threshold of 25%, the royalty rate will automatically rise to 10%.

Why are local projects necessary?

Urban and freight lines are the “first stage,” demonstrating the technology’s reliability to large-scale investors. The ongoing fund-raising keeps the engineering center—comprising more than 60 design bureaus—operating without interruption while global routes are being prepared. Targeted financing of specific commercial lines is planned for the future, with a projected annual target return of 20% or more.

Key dates in September:

• September 11: discounts will decrease by 100 points.
• September 18: EcoFest 2026 in Belarus.

The recording of the August 13 live stream with Micron Global CEO Maxim Isyp is now available.

Key topics covered during the live stream:

• UST News Digest. A working group has been established for the construction of a uST track in Kazakhstan. Assembly of the passenger module for the Sosny health resort project has begun at the SW Plant factory. String transport was discussed at the 13th Forum of Regions of Belarus and Russia.
• Cooperation Memorandum. A document published on the GTI holding company's website establishes Micron Global's status as the technical operator. The platform does not accumulate investors' funds—the funds are transferred directly to accounts controlled by GTI.
• Data Protection and Accountability. Micron Global bears full financial liability for the protection of personal data in accordance with GDPR standards.
• Display of Shares and Register Extracts. Data integration allowing shares to be displayed directly in the Personal Account interface is in its final stage.
• Answers to Your Questions. An update on the current status of referral links for partners from the Russian Federation, the transition to a new holding company for the purchase of shares, and the fulfillment of obligations under the U.S. promotion.

A recording of the live stream with Micron Global CEO Maxim Isyp from August 9 has been published.

Key topics of the live stream:

• Shift in the commercialization model. The standard approach of searching for clients through representative offices takes years, while the engineering company's profit share accounts for only 5–10% of the total budget.
• Economics of the new Corporation. A full-cycle structure has been created to independently initiate, order, and finance global infrastructure megaprojects.
• Double benefit for co-owners. CJSC "String Technologies" (a 100% subsidiary of GTI) holds a 40% stake in the newly formed Corporation. This enables share owners to gain profits not only from engineering design, but also from the long-term operation of completed tracks and related sectors.
• Fundamental IPO strategy. Entering the public market is planned strictly on the basis of real assets — hundreds of kilometers of operational tracks. Listing shares based solely on pre-orders carries significant market risks; therefore, a reliable capitalization route was chosen (following Tesla's example: 16 years to reach sustainable profitability).
• Operating expenses (OPEX). Maintaining R&D centers, manufacturing facilities, licensed software, and a staff of 1,000 engineers costs the group of companies $2.5 million per month.
• EcoFest 2026. The main reporting event of the last 7 years will take place on September 18.
