Our technical support team has recently received many questions about payouts. To help address any concerns Micron Global clients may have, the team has prepared a comprehensive explanation.
1. What does “payouts” mean? Payouts are payments the Group of Companies credits to its clients. Your payout amount depends on how many shares you have in the register: the more shares you hold, the larger the amount. For the crediting schedule and answers to general questions, see our news article: https://micronglobal.com/news/gti-payouts-active-phase.
2. What does a client need to be 100% ready to receive payouts? You need a registered and verified account at https://micronglobal.com/ using the same email address as on the other platforms where you acquired shares. You must also have signed the Registration Requests relating to your shares; only then are those shares entered in the register. Once your account is verified, the shares will automatically sync from the register to your Micron Global account. You can check which shares have been entered by reviewing your register extract. (Additional instructions for countries with restrictions on active use of the Micron Global website will be published in a separate news article.)
3. I have a registered and verified Micron Global account and an extract from the register ordered through my account on another platform. The extract shows the full number of shares I own. Do I need to do anything else to receive payouts? No. You are fully ready to receive payouts! The extract is your principal document of title, confirming your ownership of the shares. It consists of entries in the register, which contains all registered shares from all platforms. If your extract comes from an account on SWIG/TNG/NeeM, make sure it says ERSS Holding.
4. The “My Portfolio” section of my Micron Global account shows fewer shares than my extract. The extract contains complete and correct information, and I meet the conditions in point 3. Do I need to do anything? No. You are fully ready to receive payouts! The “My Portfolio” section will be improved in the future. Your extract contains the most up-to-date information. In effect, the information shown in your profile on any platform is not what matters: the most current data is in your register extract, and that is what you should rely on.
5. If I did not register and complete verification on Micron Global by October 15, 2026 (previously October 8, 2026), will I lose my payouts? Your payout will remain yours even if you do not register by that date. You can receive it later, whenever it is convenient for you. October 15, 2026, is the cutoff for entering shares in the register, not for registering with Micron Global. All shares entered in the register on or before October 15, 2026—that is, shares for which the relevant Registration Requests have been signed—are eligible for payouts in the current phase. We will provide further information about payouts on shares entered in the register after October 15, 2026.
6. So even if I register with Micron Global in 2027, will I still receive payouts? Yes. Payouts on your shares do not depend on when you register with Micron Global and remain yours indefinitely. You can receive them in 2027 or later.
7. What should I do if some of my shares are missing from my register extract? First, check your account on the platform where you made the purchases to see whether you signed the Registration Request. This is usually shown beside each certificate. Your details are entered in the register only after you sign the Request. If the Requests have been signed, the discrepancy may be due to different email addresses in your Micron Global account and on the other platform where you acquired shares. To make the addresses match, send the phrase “Change my email address to match the one in the register” in the support chat at https://micronglobal.com/ and follow the instructions you receive.
Please note: Your Micron Global account must be verified. Once your email address has been made consistent across all platforms, the shares will appear in your account, although this may take some time. If you have already sent this information to support, please do not send it again. Doing so will only delay the review of your request.
Before contacting support about other questions, please check the FAQ section: https://micronglobal.com/faq.
Dear clients, we ask for your understanding if responses from support are delayed. We are currently receiving inquiries from clients of every platform on which purchases have been made over the years, so our team is handling a very heavy workload. We will answer every inquiry and resolve every issue! Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please take care of yourselves!
Best regards,
The Micron Global Support Team
